Okay so in the Dan Abnatt books, Ravenor uses a weapon called a psy cannon thats attached to his chair. But looking through a few books and I didn't see any weapon that can be a considered a psy cannon. I also did a search and didn't find anything as well. So I was wondering what would be a make up for a psy cannon. I even expect some -=I=- have them shoulder mounted on their armor.

Or if you could point me to the book that would be a good location that would be wonderful too. Thanks for your help!

Ascension has the Psy Canon in the equipment section. Think sanctified heavy bolter.
