Has the ISD been discontinued? If not when are more scheduled to be available?
Are ISDs Discontinued?

Nobody knows, I am afraid. It's claimed by ffg that more Chimaera packs are on the way but that's all the information I have seen. Sorry.

They aren't discontinued, FFG just has terrible reprinting policies. Be patient, you'll see them again eventually.

Usually, right after you commit to paying someone on Ebay 4x the standard price for one.
My FLGS in Norwich, UK, has one each of the Chimera and original on the shelf.

According to the Upcoming Products page, reprint Chimaeras are 'On the Boat'.
No mention right now of ISDs, but probably 6 months later.
Given that there are hundreds in the new movie, I would bet production will crank up again soon.

Though if a new ISD expansion is in the cards, it will likely use the mold and delay reprints.
No, they aren't "discontinued." Ending production on the game's most iconic ship while finally trying to expand the playerbase in a big way would be FFG shooting themselves in the foot. And they've never discontinued an Armada expansion to date.
Reprints take a while at FFG... ISD expansions along with all the other out of stock expansions will be back eventually. In the mean time you can get an Onager for $10 more this Christmas... Well maybe this Christmas... FFG also is not the best at on time releases. They make amazingly good games though!

To be clear, since I am really good at saying things in a way that I did not intend it to be taken, I do not disagree with your premise. I was simply suggesting that people seeing not just 5 or 6 ISDs on screen but hundreds or MAYBE 😁 thousands of them will spark a serious interest in purchasing just basic plane jane ISDs. All so the can field a bazillion of their very own. ISDs could be a serious cash cow for FFG if they can just get enough into the hands of the greedy general Imperial (or Resistance?) public.

Great question! More posts like these need to appear frequently on the forum so that ffg can see there is indeed demand for the game

Why would you buy an ugly space T, when you could have a mighty space triangle?

Because space T can (supposedly) kill a ship from 2 game mats away.

The Onager: when you absolutely need the top table to be a 6-5.
Oh great. The mighty space T? Now I can't take a shot with that thing without having a grunty voice in my head...might even have to add a mohawk to the model.
*pewpew* I pity you fools!

The Devastator was the last ISD 1 to roll out of kuat drive yards, but production of the ISD 2 continues at Kuat, Fondor and other select classified facilities.

There might be some small stores in your area that have one but dont have much of an online presence. Try messaging every gaming store you're willing to drive to and sometimes you get lucky. I found hammerheads when they were at their rarest doing this. I had messaged about 10-15 stores.

the two gaming stores here have each at least 1 ISD+1 Chimera on stock, plus at least 1 gladiator and some others. Out of Home Ones although
