Has anyone made a map of Footfall for thier campaign. I am having trouble visualizing all the places described in LotE. Are the locations inside the asteroids or on the surface? Does everyone wear void suits all the time? How do they get from place to place? Void Taxi? Hamster Tunnel? My group should reach Footfall in a few weeks so any help would be welcome.

I feel your pain, but from the details we have I'm assuming that some of the structures are freefloating almost like a large stone space station while others are attached to some kind of solid mass like an asteroid or what have you. I gather that the bulk of them are linked together via stone via ducts and passages and it does state that there are void shields covering large portions so no need for the constant void suits. Lastly it appears that some structures are attached to others via heavy chains so are otherwise free floating. It also goes on to say that some parts have gravity while others do not so it would not be unreasonable to have to shuttle to some locations or at least get a void suit and 'jump' to the other structure. I hope this helps a little.

So a void shield keeps out the void? What happens when they go down?

Hmm after skimming the material again I'm not so sure the void shields maintain the atmosphere itself or just keep out the harshness of the star however I do get the impression from the material that the structures are somehow contained enough to maintain a breathable atmosphere so I would not expect void suits to be required within the interior.

As for if they went down....well thats just mad mojo if you ask me.
