Ahh. Thanx. I was thinking it was more. I'll have to check into that then. And they have other star wars series to boot? ..... steeples fingers saying "excellent".

Misread. I wasn't perfectly clear. Each point in the timeline is a year. What I was meaning was that each series could conceivably be confined to that timeframe, each taking place within a years time.

Not that they are taking place in the SAME year, only that the timeline seems to only show a year in which the story is taking place. Hope that clears it up.

Thanks, I definitely misread then.

There are lots if interesting tidbits here; the names for the eras Age of republic, rebellion, and resistance; The Obi-wan series seems to be only one season, as does the Mandalorian, but this could be just when they start; Resistance’s last season coincides with the Rise of Skywalker, so likely a time jump in the show; there is a space on that chart for 13 years after the end of Rise of Skywalker in the Age of Resistance.

Obiwan also seems to be set during the events of solo, so...unless that changes he isn’t killing Maul in there.

In the works right now is The Mandalorian, Cassian Andor, and Obi-Wan. So 3 exclusive Star Wars shows. I'm not a streaming person. Never had Netflix or anything similar. But I'm getting Disney plus. This seems totally worth it.

He’s already killed Maul in Rebels. Why do it again?

😳

Guess I should watch Rebels at some point

Hoping we get a sweet IG-88 operative soon! Looks super cool in the trailer.

The problem with streaming is, if they’re good I wanna buy the dvd anyway.

So. Probably going to wait for dvds.

Sorry for the spoiler.

Too bad it isn't IG-88, but IG-11 (voiced by Taika Waititi)

Fun fact. My experience with “Willow” led me to believing in owning my own hard copies again.

I much prefer having physical copies. Maybe it is the nostalgia, and not having to deal with outages or internet issues also. Also I like to be able to display my collections of movies and tv shows

Huh...I was out of the loop, thought it had been confirmed as ig-88, now I see otherwise.

Well how about an IG-11 operative then. Whatever it takes to get that model to the table.

If you could stream a whole season at some point like you do on Amazon or Netflix I'd consider it. I'm more of a binger. But having the service would be a waste of money for us for more than a month or so.

Eh, its a solid "meh" from me. Nothing in the trailer looks bad, and that's really surprising, but nothing stands out as exceptionally good either. Nice to see Blurrgs, but I'd rather them not become a super common thing. Deathtroopers again would be neat, but if these are after Jakku, it brings the question of who they're serving, and if they'll be anything more than a scum enforcer in surplus armor. If they're guards of an Imperial holdout, or of some Moff who fled to Space South America, I'll be pleasantly surprised. Not a fan of the AT-ST, as it looks too much like the FO version, and the further that stuff stays away, the better. Willing to give this time, however, so we'll see.
