unfortunately i lost my decklist card with the QR code. Theres anyway that i can recover this QR code to participate of local games champioship?

No. There's currently no way to recover the QR codes, which means you can't register for the tournament a your deck is considered not valid.

Per the tournament rules:

Quote

Each player must present his or her deck’s identity card in order to register for a KeyForge tournament. If a player cannot present the identity card, then the associated deck is not valid and cannot be used in that tournament.

Actually if you knew the alphanumeric code that was on the card you could recreate the QR code, but there is no way to get the code from the deck in the mastervault.

If you go into the deck, in master vault, isn't the code somewhere in the browser address? (The bit in red)

No, that's the public Deck ID. The 15 character code that's under the QR code is what you would need.
