AT-RT how many?

By EVIL INC, in Star Wars: Legion

The one that came in my starter set is missing the foot or outside toes piece on the rear foot. How good is FF customer service? Would they send me htat foot pice to replace? would it be worth my time to ask them? I know it doesnt make a difference but I am picky about my models and how they look.

I have another starter set on the way in mail, so I will have another one. How many do you usually see in an army? are they useful enough to have two? Ask this just in case. It could be that I turn one of them into a terrain piece.

I've never needed to order a new part for a model as I've always gotten what I was supposed to (actually got a spare set of arms for a rebel troopers once), but I've heard great things about their customer service so I'd say you probably will.

As for how good the RT is, you don't see them a lot right now because of the stormtrooper DLT doing good work against them when fired in mass. It's a good vehicle overall despite that and will serve you well especially once droids hit the field as that flamethrower will annihilate the B1 swarms.

I buy a lot of FFG stuff and I’ve only had missing/damaged parts twice. The first time I contacted them, the replacement was in my hands in a few weeks. The second time I contacted them, my request somehow got lost, two months and two extra attempts at contacting them later, I finally got the parts.

Even with the extra wait, their replacement parts group is easy to contact and usually quick to respond. It’s definitely worth contacting them over keeping an incomplete product. So go here, take a pic of your proof of purchase, fill out the form, give in your pic and explain the problem. It will be worth it in the end, whether you use your AT-RTs or not.

I have only had one fault and have bought many many ffg products. I submitted the request and had a replacement in a few weeks, which only took so long because of international shipping.

I was missing one of the control handles to my AT-RT from the core set, and I got a replacement from FFG within the week. I was very pleasantly surprised!

I’ve only had one issue before but they sent me what I was missing right away with no fuss.

They’ll send any part that’s missing in my experience. Very good customer service (usually they respond within 72 hrs, so don’t get too antsy)

I've had 4 missing/wrong parts since Legion launched. Quick email. No fuss. Parts were in my mailbox in less than a week. Time will depend on location. I'm in LA.

Yeah just email them they'll send it free, no shipping charge or anything. They are useful enough to have two assuming you don't plan on aggressively buying the latest minmaxed army list every few months. AT-RT's are pretty good. Any turn the DLT's spend destroying them is heat taken off your scoring units.

I've had a bunch of issues with X-Wing minis. From ships coming warped to pieces coming broken. FFG has ALWAYS replaced the item.

One time I bought a 40 dollar ship and it came with broken guns. The replacement came with broken guns, the replacement for the replacement came with broken guns and finally the fourth one was in one piece.

Now I have a ship in one piece, three broken ships and a sense of appreciation for FFG's customer service.
