Just a quick question about the mines of moria deck from gen con 2019 did it have a promo card this year or was the a promo card you could get another way?

It came with an alt-art Lore Bilbo hero. Historically, these Gen Con alt-arts have not been available for purchase later (except on the secondary market, of course).
