There has been no supers setting has been announced. Curious if anyone knows what the Marvel agreement is?
Supers
We will never know the specific arrangements of any agreement between FFG and any other company. These kinds of things are so very rarely published by any company. Also, so far our three data points for Genesys settings are all IP that FFG 100% owns. This is not an accident or a coincidence. While it is possible that FFG could put out an RPG for Marvel in the future, the probability of it being Genesys is vanishingly low.

Especially as how their most recent non-FFG IP, L5R, doesn't use Genesys I think it's safe to say other non-FFG IP will get a similar treatment.

I would happen to agree with this, sadly.
Doesn't one of the holy grails of IPs run on Genesys? Star Wars? Not to be argumentative, just pointing out that Genesys 1.0 was an IP so, maybe?

This would almost be true, except that Legend of the Five Rings is indeed a Fantasy Flight Games property. They purchased the IP in 2015.

Star Wars runs on an older version of the Narrative Dice System. There have been some tweaks to turn the NDS into Genesys.
Edited by Simon RetoldThe best we could hope for is an entire new rule set or a reimagining of Genesys with the Marvel logo. It would be a stand alone book. You would not need the Genesys Core Rules to play and it would likely be similar to Edge of the Empire.
I can imagine 2-3 Beginner Boxes. Play as Spidey and Friends, Play as the Defender, or Play as The Avengers.
Most likely, it would have its own rule set.

Kind of the other way around. Genesys is generic-ified version of Star Wars. You will not find the Genesys logo on any Star Wars RPG product.

There is a great paragraph in Gensys on vehicles that weirdly specifically references Starfighters despite being about a standard how vehicles works.
