Im looking for clarification about Deja Vu. My question is when can you Deja Vu a second event. Because the card doesn't have an Immediately after you play an event, does that mean any time after you play an event you can Deja Vu it? Like the next few turns or next round even? Thanks in advance!

Anything with the keyword "after" must be done immediately after the triggering event, before doing anything else. If there are multiple actions that can occur, triggered off the same action, then there's a queue that come into play. Check out the Rules Reference downloadable at FFG for details on the queue.
