is buying a new game the only way to get more gold and craft / strength / life counter cones? im missing 3 gold and about 3 small counters.

It's not very common to find single game components for sale... FFG sells extra dice sets for some games but this is it for now. Also the Upgrade pack won't help because it has everything except the cones, the gold pieces and the game board.
