So... Can I:

1) Perfom a red 4K (or Talon Roll),

2) Use PA to link focus to BR (s-foils shut),

3) Lose both stress if Range 1 of enemy,

4) Take another action?

Main questions are can I only perform one action with PA, or two? And, can Nien remove 2 stress or one per opportunity?

This all works as you expect it to.

You can only remove one stress per opportunity, but each token arriving is its own opportunity, so as long as you have range 1 arc when they arrive, they go away again.

You can't, however, remove stress ou already had before you got r1 arc.

You can perfrom as many actions as you can link, mechanically.

PA grants you 1 action, but doesn't limit you to only one. Advanced Sensors backs this up because it also grants you 1 action, but at the same time, has specific wording to restrict you to just that one action.
