Missing part when unit is not available on the request form?

Last week I purchased the new Tauntaun and Rebel Veteran units when they hit my local store's shelves.

However, when I was building the veterans, one of my unit commanders was unfortunately the victim of a mispack. Instead of his scanner hand, I got a backpack.

I understand that last week was GenCon which means perhaps the people at FFG were busy, but it has been a week and still the Rebel Veterans unit is not listed in the drop down so I can request a replacement.

I understand from the FAQ that "Lastly if the product you are looking for is a brand new released game or pre-order game, then the product may not be seen immediately on the parts replacement list but will be made available as soon as possible."

But the page already has the option for units not available to the general public (ie: Droidekas Unit Expansion; Dewback Rider Unit Expansion; and, B1 Battle Droids Unit Expansion). Not even the Tauntaun unit is available from the drop down.

I guess I am just primarily posting this so that perhaps someone at FFG will see it and update the request form so I can complete my unit commander and get the full unit on the table.

I think Matt Holland was made aware of this on Facebook, but I might be thinking of the dewback entry.

I would just email them your info, a detailed explanation of your missing part, and why you aren't going through normal channels.
