So I have been toying around with the Idea of Krennic on an ISD II and this is what I came up with.
Imperial II (120)
• Director Krennic (8)
• Weapons Battery Techs (5)
• Electronic Countermeasures (7)
• Heavy Ion Emplacements (9)
• Spinal Armament (9)
= 158 Points
So this will require RitR to be out, but because Krennic only works on one attack I don't see a huge reason to use gunnery teams. This let me take advanced gunnery and play strong with my objectives, and pair Heavy Ion implacment with weapons battery techs to strip shilds fast.
Its big weakness would be close range rerolls. I think I like this more than putting him on a Cymoon.
