There was no final. The store was doing a 1 Day event and I already had an invite ( I just wanted that sweet Ric Olie Trophy). My opponent conceeded since they were getting the invite regardless of win/loss and it was already 10:30pm and he was playing a swarm. We had 7 rounds of x wing already played.

I thought the invites don't transfer and are either the winner gets it or no one does...

The runner up can get it. It won't transfer past that.

As long as it all worked out. Just thought it was odd to end at top 4; wasn't sure if I was missing something somewhere. Some interesting lists so far...lots of swarms on the stream so far (I'm on round 5 with 8 Mining TIEs)

Probably would have gotten DQ'd if we had played it out.

The judge issued Sam and I 2 penalty points each because we weren't engaged on round 6 last game.
