SSD repaint help

I want to paint the city scape black. Do I need to wash with soap and water? Or can I just spray paint it. Thanks.

Always use some soapy water to remove any remaining grease or other production related substances. Might not be always necessary, but better safe than sorry.

I just did a heavy nuln oil wash on mine, and added my fleet colors. I’ve just been painting directly on top, since you don’t wind up directly touching the models w/ your hands that much.
