Im experiencing a game breaking bug. I have purchased the ember crown campaign on android, and when I go to start the campaign, after choosing heroes/saveslot/name, the app then fades to black and gets stuck there. The music continues to play, but nothing will load after that.

Go to Collections, enable the Villains of Eriador pack, then disable it (assuming you didn't buy it). That worked for us. We also noticed that we had to do that when we restarted the app to continue a campaign. I imagine we'll have to do it the next time we play too...
