Card Packs confirmed!

One for new pilots for all five original factions, one for upgrade cards, one containing new obstacles and "scenarios".

Q1 2020, apparently.

The pilot pack uses artwork of the U-Wing escaping the rock tsunami on Jedha, so I'd say it's super likely we're getting K-2SO as a U-Wing pilot in that pilot expansion. Just what everyone was asking for. No other details on contents yet.

Oh, and Wave 6 is seemingly just the Fireball and Vonreg's TIE from Resistance, and the re-release of the Hound's Tooth. Which now comes with a correctly painted Nashtah Pup.

I suspect like most years, we'll get the rest of the wave shown when Lucasfilm says they can as it's film stuff.

I agree. Seems light for a wave that corresponds to the last film of the series. That said, I am crazy excited for Vonreg's TIE.

I think this might mean we are getting a few new ships from the new film and having a mostly new wave. Wave 7 I bet is loads of rereleases.

I think they said that you can take a disarm to pay a cost for powerful effects in bullseye. It’ll probably be structured like Corran’s ability, letting you take a disarm next round to roll an extra die/add a hit if they’re in bullseye.

The disarm was about the Fireball. The bullseye talk was the Interceptor. Different things and abilities.

Yea, it's one of the best designs out of the ST era. Its a simple change from the Interceptor but really gorgeous.

To be fair, there are no First Order or Resistance ships coming in Wave 5.

I think we'll have to just expect the new second edition factions to alternate waves for releases from now on. That still means they're getting new content at the same rate as the old factions in first edition too.

I’m not convinced this is all we’ll see in Wave 6. Unless they are counting Epic as part of the wave, 3 ships seems a bit light. Hence a bit of facetious melodramatics from me.
