No mention of any special X-wing stuff on sale. Hmmm.....are they going to have ANYTHING X-wing related sold early???

Yes, but look at the news of the Super Star Destroyer. They have said they are selling it early for a while. Past years have said they would sell some stuff early. Nothing on the X-wing front. I think there will be NOTHING sold early for Xwing. News, sure, but...nothing to buy.

Well, wave 4 official release is literally less than a month old...

Wave V is supposed to be Q3, right? It would be right in the normal window of a GenCon pre-release if so. Not holding my breath.

Actually I'd prefer them not rushing the releases, instead taking a pace their distribution chain and distribution communications (2nd ed wave 4 messup), and especially their quality control ( e.g. 1st ed blue line C-Roc, 2nd ed misaligned templates, all Belbullab models backwards on the peg) can handle.

I don't think early sales ruin things. Not like they are rushing production just for GenCon early sales. To get everything set up around the world, I know they can get 1,000 of a product to GenCon early.

I will be sad for nothing on sale. Not sure if I will bother with the bug ship early.

I hope they have something X-Wing that's not Wave V.

Y-Wing and Nantex are interesting but it's not like anyone's dying for them, and people who don't play prequel factions get nothing.

More interesting would be Epic, Huge ships, or CARD PACKS! Cardboard is fairly quick and easy to rush out, so I could potentially see any/all of these, and it would explain why they haven't yet mentioned that they're for presale.

They've also said there's stuff going on tomorrow night after the in-flight report to showcase stuff they'll be revealing there. Hoping against hope for card packs with actual new content and/or campaign-based play.

I’m not sure if we’ll see anything for presale on X-Wing, but the SSD for Armada barely qualifies as an early sale, it’s release date is this Friday.

If they haven't even mentioned the product, it IS NOT going to go on presales the day after announcing it.

I say if they haven't mentioned anything for X-wing yet, we get nothing. Oh, maybe Wave 5, but that's pretty much nothing.

I’ve been hoping for the new epic box or the huge conversion, but trying not to get hopes too high since it’ll still be awhile before we see it outside of the con. I really only expect wave V there.

Hey, whoa, speak for yourself buddy. I’m already interested in the Nantex + Wat swarm archetype. Getting a key tractor off would make a huge difference for Vultures.

Yeah, I'll ditto that.

I'm going Republic, and obviously have been Imps, so scooting some Y-Wings around will be a novel experience for me.

I just need summer to be over so that XWM can start taking a bigger priority in the to do list for both me and my brother.

There are some of us who started the game after 2.0 released, and are only buying ships as they come out in their 2.0 versions. Speaking on behalf of all one of us, I'm excited to get my Wave 5 Rebellion and Imperial ships.

But I also want card packs ASAP, and hope they can fill in the many gaps that a person like myself has in their collection.
