I know this isn't the public-facing part of Keyforge, but in the Event Manager s etting a time is very cumbersome.

Having a dropdown for 00, 15, 30 and 45 minutes seems plenty instead of all 60 options!
There's also a bug where if you touch the hour dropdown, the AM/PM resets to AM. (Or a 24h option?)
