So you add a Comm Tech to your Rebel Fleet (Or Rebel) Troopers. She has a blaster (the same kind matter of fact as the Fleet Troopers). She is not a "non-combatant". I say again, she is NOT a non-combatant. When the Fleet unit shoots, does she add the same shots as the rest of the unit?

1b. Same question for General Gideon Argus (Rebel 'Generic General'). And logically, the same issue would apply to Imperial counterparts.
