Yes. Just like Tactical Officer changes red coordinates to white.

just for clarification, the effects of Tac Officer and Deflectors ADDS a white version of the action to the action bar, it does not make the existing red actions white or take them away. You can if you want to for any reason still perform a red version of those actions if you want to, deflectors on Braylen for example.

And for further clarification, the presence of two of the same action on your action bar, regardless of color, you are still limited to only performing that action once. So, in your example, you couldn't coordinate Boba Fett to perform a red Reinforce, then he executes a blue maneuver, and performs a white reinforce for his action. You can only Reinforce once per turn.
