The only thing I disagree with so far is ranking Pathfinders above Fleet troopers. Both I think are on par for challenge of using properly, and pathfinders are competing for the Special Forces slot which, as you point out, is generally filled by sniper strike teams.

Totally fair! The primary reason I put them with Jyn is because that whole tier is about finding unique faction identities. They're very unique to Rebels, whereas Fleet Troopers don't necessarily bring anything special to the table in the same way. That is certainly a debatable point (as is their overall efficacy), but one I feel best represents the experience of the faction for beginners.
