Sorting by Wins or Losses in Master Vault causes some decks to appear twice, and some to never appear at all.
For example, to recreate the issue, sort by wins descending, go to page 8. Observe that this deck is on that page:

Now go to page 9. It is also there. Note, this could change as decks are added (different decks will show multiple times / not be shown at all.)
We also need an API to sort decks with Organized play stats by most recently updated . This is very important to help sites that use Master Vault reduce the number of times they need to call its API by hundreds of thousands of times to help prevent the need to send too many requests to Master Vault.
