Can my opponent use Talisman of the Sun effect to move the conflict to a province targeted by Taiko Reaction?
This one will only matter if if the answer to the above is NO.
My opponent attacks my Gateway to Meido, can I play Taiko (from discard) targetting my Gateway to Meido? If YES, Taiko effect affects the current conflict at Gateway to Meido?

No, Talisman of the Sun (and Chasing the Sun) cannot move a province to the one chosen by Agasha Taiko's reaction. That province cannot be "the attacked province" by any means.

If you play Agasha Taiko from your discard pile during a conflict at Gateway to Meido, and choose the currently-attacked Gateway as the target of her ability, the conflict will immediately end and all participating characters will move home bowed.
