House Intro Decks tournament legal?

By wildkatze69, in General Discussion

I am planning to join a tournament but only have a bunch of house intro decks. Are those legal to play? Or are there are any cards in there that make them not?

Hiya! Welcome to the game.

All of the Intro Decks currently conform to the Restricted List* for organised play so any of them would be legal to play in a tournament, yes. There's nothing inherent to the Intro Decks that differentiates them from any other deck that could be entered into a tournament. :)

Best of luck at your event! Where are you going to be playing?

*If you're not aware, the Restricted List can be found as part of the game's FAQ on the FFG product page here: https://www.fantasyflightgames.com/en/products/a-game-of-thrones-the-card-game-second-edition/ . It disallows players from playing more than one of the cards that are on the list, in order to prevent overpowered combinations of cards from dominating events.

Thanks for the response. Might enter the German GC. I'm there for X-Wing bit I got an off day to fill.
