After my participation in my LGS’s Hyperspace Trials, I was looking at the range rulers, and I noticed that the full sized one was misprinted, the marks are about 1mm off. You can also see that the bottom of the (19) symbol was cut off, indicating that this was just a misalignment during printing. I went to the ‘damaged components’ page, but found no entry for prize support items. Any advice on getting this fixed outside of eBay?

I had a similar issue, with one end wider than the other rather than the markings.

I also found no prize section on their defective components form, so picked the cardboard range ruler from the core set and explained the problem in the remarks.

I got an acknowledgement and then and email saying a replacement was on its way.

Once it arrived, I was still unsure if I'd be opening a box with a cardboard ruler in it! However, all was fine. They sent the correct one.

This amuses me, for no other reason than I have 3 armada range ruler sets from regionals and I have to settle and I have to settle for the one that's the least wrong.

My 1-3 and 1-2 Hyperspace rulers are both 1-2mm shorter than stock.
