Pretty much use Dengar as an I6 swarm chain, Seevor hands out Jam token to strip defender, Proach hopefully able to get off Tractor (easier against big ships, which at least strips agilty) Yushyn just helps Proach not be disarmed if he does get Tractor off & Ahhav is 3 Red 4 Green vs Med/Large Ships.
Could drop Ahhav to a Surveyor which would enable a bid, but I think 5 still too small against other I6 lists? so could use for ContraCybernetics on Dengar for a one off Stress helper.

Swarm now costs 5.

Swarm Tactics has variable pricing. It costs 5 on Init 6 ships, it costs 4 on Init 5 ships, and it costs 3 on Init 0-4.
