Does she allow red action co ordinate and jam when you are stressed?

Does she also allow you to reinforce if you don’t have action on action bar?

1. Yes! Larma D'Acy allows you to perform any Coordinate, Jam, or Reinforce action as long as you have 2 or less stress tokens, no matter if that action is originally Red, White, or Purple (Via Leia crew, if the Resistance ever gets a 3-crew ship). You would treat any of those that start as a White action as Red if you're already stressed, as well.

2. No! Larma D'Acy doesn't actually grant you any additional actions onto your action-bar, she just allows you to take a little side-step on the Stress rule.
