Need help to find an appropiate size for Tarot Card Rigid/Thick Toploaders.

For Squadron Cards, Ultra Pro offers Standard Size 2 1/2"x3 1/2" rigid toploaders, so that's the easy job, but I can't find anything for Tarot cards.

The closest options I got are:

3"x4" (seems a bit short)

3 1/2" x 7 1/4" (seems too big)

Any advice?
