New Sith Trooper from EP 9 revealed on the Star Wars show today. Has a kind of red, samurai, death trooper look about them. Looks bad ***.

New coat of paint. probably still can't hit anything but an unarmed civilian or droid.

But yes, it does look pretty dang cool.

Not sure this bodes well. It's a cool looking trooper and hopefully we'll see it on the Legion side of things for the FO eventually, but I don't ike the idea of the Sith making a come back under the FO. I was really enjoying Kylo's direction of "Let the past die, kill it if you have to". The return of the Sith is a bit cliche at this point....

I honestly don't remember which movie Kylo said this in. I....I don't go back and watch this trilogy often (read at all)

What's even weirder is they have their own emblem, and it looks nothing like the first order's.

Maybe when/if Ole Papa Palpatine comes back the Imperial remnants within the FO splinter off? Palps was the last Sith as far as we know, right?

I’ve got a feeling that with the potential return of Palpatine, there maybe a first order/sith internal conflict that they kylo and Rey have to team up against. All complete conjecture on my part though.

My original prediction was along those lines except that Hux was going to crusade against Kylo and Rey because of the massive hate fueled hard on he has for force users...

I have wondered how they will make the Resistance and First Order differ significantly enough from Rebellion and Empire factions but I’m sure they will pull it off.

I love the look of these guys. Can't wait to see them in action on screen.

I wonder if the visor resemblance to the Episode III clone trooper helmet is an intentional callback. Probably, but who knows. I like it regardless.

These troopers look really cool. As someone who considered changing his name to First Order Scout, I really look forward to them coming to the Legion table. 2021 maybe.

As far as I can tell, there’s no other kind of online drama. Most in-person drama seems rather pointless, too, when you get down to it.

Indeed.. perhaps palpatine’s ghost/holograms droids/clone are stealing tech and building their own army and wish to supplant Kylo. There are lots of story options.

It's an assumption, yes, but the armor doesn't match the Empire's designs, so at the very least whatever faction they are they have to have ties to the FO, right?
