Are you asking whether reinforce is capable of cancelling crits? If so: reinforce adds an evade result, which cancels a hit/crit like any other evade result would, so if there are multiple attack dice remaining and they are all crits, reinforce will cancel one of them.

Uhh, no sorry. Plasma Torps say to cancel crits first I thought? Just making sure that the interaction with reinforce means to also cancel a Crit first?

Ah! That makes a lot more sense. I'd completely forgotten about that part of plasma torps.

The evade from reinforce is added during the Neutralize Results step, so yes; if the attack is coming from a plasma torpedo, Reinforce would cancel a crit result first.

I'd say so.

Supposing Crit/Hit comes in, with no natural Evade results. Reinforce eventually adds an Evade result, and this would cancel one result. Since Plasma Torpedoes says that Crits are cancelled first, that's what happens. It all occurs during the Neutralize Results step.
