Can they both be activated at the same time in one attack to remove defenders evade AND change one your attacking dice (focus) to a hit??
Juke and R2-C4

No. Those are two separate timing windows.
While you attack, these things happen in order:
-
Attacker rolls red dice
- Defender modifies red dice
- Attacker modifies red dice ( R2-C4 happens here )
-
Defender rolls green dice
- Attacker modifies green dice ( Juke happens here )
- Defender modifies green dice
If you spend the evade token to modify your attack dice, you no longer have the evade token when it's time to Juke.
EDIT - card images for posterity
ah that makes sense now. . .
Unless you somehow find a way to get more than one evade token. There may someday be ways it could happen...
The only ways I can think of currently in the Republic faction is Plo Koon's pilot ability:

So I'm new to x-wing how/when exactly can I use juke? Can I just modify any dice any time I feel like it?
Juke modifies defense dice so it takes place in the Modify Defense Dice step in the attack sequence. Juke is also an attacker's ability so it will be resolved before any of the defender's abilities.
QuoteModify Defense Dice : The players resolve abilities that modify the defense dice. The attacking player resolves their abilities first, then the defending player resolves their abilities.
This is after the defender has rolled their dice and before the neutralize results step. If you are new to X-Wing I recommend downloading the rules reference from the X-Wing product page ( link ) as it goes into detail on most of the gameplay and ability timings.

As a rule of thumb, whether attacking or defending, the player who isn't rolling dice does all their modifications first, then the player who is rolling dice gets to do all of theirs.
