The last time that I play talisman I do a nasty thing. My character had the wand, and another player land in my space, fight against me, and I lose. I ask him "what you will do?", he said "I'm going to steal an item", so I leave the wand in my space before he can take it, and he take something else from my items. Can I do this?
Throw items away after combat
No. You are not allowed to take an action between losing combat and the victor taking spoils.
yeah, your friend got robbed.

Currently there is nothing to prevent you ditching, since ditching can happen at any time.
Another reason I would prefer a "locked combat sequence" for Talisman, meaning once you choose not to Evade, you're locked in until the end of combat (after choose reward step), so no ditching, no Alchemist, no swapping stuff out of Bags, etc.

Sure there is. It's called the rule of "don't be a douchebag."
I also stand by what I said. Unless you have a spell/object/power that specifically is designed to altar the outcome of combat (e.g. the Amazon's ability), nothing can take place in the time between figuring out the resolution of the combat rolls and the taking of spoils.
I suppose page 16 of the rulebook should be updated.
I ask about the alchemist once in this forum, and everybody accord that after the combat, before the winner can take an object, the defeated player can destroy items with the alchemist before the winner claims its award... maybe it is better the "locked combat sequence" as MonkOfDoom says, however, it is hard to conclude something like that from the rules.
What can be deduced from the official rules? There is any non moral (be a douchebag) reason that forbids discard or destroy items before they are stolen?

One of the semi-official people that posts here (talismansilat) ruled that the case you cite is the ONLY ONE in which the alchemist can't use its power.
I should say that the loser can still alchemise his objects before the winner has declared what he want.
But ditching a object in a cvc fight is pretty low to me. but it should be possible..
Let the winner steal it, and take it back later..
He he he, it is like a consensus. However, following the rules, nothing can impede a player from discarding its item before the other player choose to stole it. I'll discuss this subject with my talisman group the next time we play. Thanks!
If people play with me with my copy of the game, I will certainly never allow such things like ditching stuff during combat. Everybody who tries will be threatened by the big hand of slapping.
May I suggest to ask John Goodenough about this and post the answer here?

Off course, you can ask John Goodenough about it.
But i think he is very busy lately..

Still... ditching should not be allowed when there is a winner in a cvc fight.
Ditching Objects prior to battle or psychic combat, including Alchemy, is perfectly fine. After battle or psychic combat isn't prohibited by the rules as it stands, but this is really bad form. A rule prohibiting this could well be introduced and/or included in the next faq update.
Ell.
Ps. I get killed by the Basilisk this week (it rolls doubles). I start with the Dwarf, roll a "6" and land on the Basilisk again to get my stuff back and guess what, my girlfriend rolls doubles again - I'm dead again!!! After this I was only Toaded 3 times during the game. Needless to say I didn't win the game!
