Chirrut and Baze

I know someone homebrewed Chirrut and Baze unit and command cards on here, but I just can't find them. I was wanting to reference them, but just can't find them here in the forum. Can someone point me in the right direction? Thanks.

I saw them on Facebook and they were horrifically overpowered and some of their abilities didn't actually work with how they were phrased. You might be better off making your own.

Hmmmm. I could have sworn I saw them on here.

Probably would have teamwork;

nimble on chirrut, along with the veterans ability to get a dodge token if he is assigned an order token, melee is 4 black surge crit, suppressive, pierce 1.

baze could have multiple weapon options (6 white crit surge dice 1-3; or 1 red, 2 Black crit surge impact 3 dice)

Not sure what their command cards would be really.

Woooow. . . called out hard huh? I put a lot of hard work into this, but eh, maybe it wasn't mine you're talking about.

Anyways, I think the cards are awesome, thematic, and perfectly functional. And I've been nothing about open when taking input and suggestions.


Here is the last iteration I was working on.

They initially had team work as part of body guard.

For one, I can think of zero reason to ever be on the actual “staccato” mode. 2R 2B is so much better than 1B 4W, especially with the Pierce on top.

I’d cut the dice pool on the Lightning side to balance

The pierce side exhausts, the suppressive side does not. So if you're move - shooting you'd want to stay on the suppressive side. The Pierce side you'd have to be recover - shooting.

Though I've considered reducing the range to 2 on that pierce side as well

So what happens if you flip the card without recovering? Is the card still exhausted until you recover? Seems weird.

Yeah, still exhausted. I mean it's different, but it's not that weird or undoable.
