Some random First Order Scouts testing experimental tech narrowly defeated by Ketsu Onyo, Kavil, and Guri. Can only assume the bounty hunters got hired by the rebellion in post-Episode VI timeframe, which, for everyone except Kavil, makes sense... maybe it's just Wedge impersonating Kavil again, he did that in the comics
