Replacement Galactic Credit Tokens tested by the Arkham Chronicle [VIDEO]

By ArkhamChronicle, in Star Wars: Outer Rim

Hey everyone.

If you are thinking about replacing the cardboard credit tokens that came with the game we took a real hard look at some 3D printed ones we got from Hyperspace Props.

We will probably be giving a set away next week too. Although not the set we tested :)

All being well this will be the first of several videos we will be making about Star Wars: Outer Rim

What a great video. I am a sucker for replacement tokens.

Sadly they have severely marked these up since the video. Video had them at $12 a set. They are now $57 a set. :(

It’s a little bit of a shame they didn’t put the denominations on them...

Hey there friend.

You are looking at 2 different listings.

The original is for 10 tokens including, 3x - Silver Credits, 3x - Gold Credits, 4x - Bronze Credits

We worked with Hyperspace props to create a 60 token listing that matches the game components.

Hope that helps

If you contact them they will make a set which has the denominations in numerals rather than the galactic script.

Just use the contact form on their page.

Hope that helps

That does make a difference. I know I am not fluent in Aurebesh or whatever that “Galactic Script” is, and I’m sure anyone I can get to play won’t be either.

Oh man those are tempting!

With all due respect to the sellers on Etsy... the price is a complete ripoff for the quality of these 3D prints on PLA.

The price is a little high for my taste, but you have to consider the time invested to make them and wear on the machine. You could always find a friend with a 3D printer to do them for you....

To each their own. If you were to go onto just about any online trading or purchasing forum, you would would be hard-pressed to find custom tokens for less than $1 a token. That includes FFG stuff from other games. I don’t personally have the $$ to buy them myself, but would if I could.

…and we’re back!

With another set of currency replacements for your Star Wars: Outer Rim.

You can find them on Etsy in sets of ten.

There will be at least one more instalment in this series.
