Credit where credit is due, I was inspired by and stole the Working For/With section from u/Micromanic on the swrpg subreddit.

Made this for Star Wars but I've also adapted it for Android and Terrinoth (in their respective forum sections).

I used the 4 Motivations rules from Genesys, so if you want to stick strictly to Star Wars, ignore the columns for Fear, Flaw, and Strength and use the Desire column as the character's Motivation.

NPCs don't have careers

Technically true @RusakRakesh . I'm treating that as a general reference to where the NPC's skillset lies if they go beyond just a narrative character and stats are needed.
