Okay so I played a trail yesterday in Evansville Indiana and I got some of the cool prizes. However it wasn't until I got back to the hotel that I realized my templates didn't have any turns in the baggie. Do I contact the store and see if there is another bag for it, contact FFG, or am i out of luck?

Contact the store first, if they don’t happen to have them contact FFG and they’ll hook you up. They have a customer service request form that’s super easy and 90% of the time they’ll send the stuff. Just give them details on the trial so they know you actually earned them and such.
Check the range ruler too, for length against the Core ruler; mine was a good 2-3mm shorter than Core. 😐

Some of the core set rulers are different lengths depending on which batch.

Best to check it against an actual ruler, the length of each range backet should be 100mm. The core set templates are highly variable, being made of mass-produced cardboard rather than laser cut acrylic.

Congrats on the win last night! I saw your post about it. I contacted the TO about unlocking lists and getting it on list fortress, if he gets back to me, I’ll ask him about your templates, too.
Quite a few of these templates sets have had missing and duplicate components.
Contact FFG, probably best via Organised Play, and ask for replacements. I know several people who've had replacements.
Not an uncommon error unfortunately. I contacted organised play and they were very good!
Whats the best method of contact for missising prizes?
So wanna make sure, is this where to email to about this? And how long to wait for a reply usually?
Mine was missing the 5 straight... contacted FFG and they mailed me one out pretty quickly.

Can attest, I use Wave Leader instead for full advantage ™️ .
