I never got into this game due to it's CCG nature.

It surprise me though that it won't make a transfer to the LCG format.
I'm quite likely to give it a try if it would and it seems to have a lot of potential left.

Personaly, I'm would stick with the game if it went LCG, but FFG said that because they had to support multible game licences in UFS they thought that it would not work as a LCG. But, now Jasco games is probable going to get the rights to the game and Shadowar, which will sadly be the only licence for a while. Maybe with Shadowar being the only licnece Jasco Games could make UFS a LCG, but they have not said anything about it in their e-mails.

Hmm interesting though to be honest... Shadow War is not exactly the first thing I'd want to play beat-em-up wise

Ya me too, but they did say that if they can get the game going they are going to try to buy back the other game licences, and they said that they are currently negotiating the try to get the licnece to some Jappaness game, but they could not say what it is.
