Star Wars Outer Rim

By K13R4N, in X-Wing Off-Topic

Hi all, I recently played the Outer rim at the UK Games Expo with some friends and we all came to conclusion it was a good game but could be better. One thing we all noticed was very little player interaction, this made it less enjoyable as you couldn't go up to someone and shoot them for their mandelorian armour which would be great fun. Anyway, I was wondering if anyone had come up with a community ruleset which allowed for shooting your opponents even if they dont have a bounty member on board.

Has anyone tried if you kill a opponent you may a) do the process of hiring crew they have b) take a mod/upgrade of somekind c) steal their credits (up to 5000) or maybe even d) roll a dice on a crit they loose 1 fame.

I'd say picking one of the items from that list all seem pretty reasonable. Deciding on how many credits you get probably needs some tuning. Getting mods/crew/upgrades all seems fine.

(I haven't played yet but have been following the live streams.)
