Glad to have participated, and looking forward to next month's challenge! I'm definitely gonna try and put some more time into my next build--try and make something a bit more impressive than a couple of generic cardboard buildings.

You're buildings were great! I'm following the same path. Start simple and find where you want to go with it. I'm really hoping the challenge themes will help everyone do some stuff they didn't know they could or wanted to make.
Took me a bit longer to find the time to finish but this is the test paint job for all the other Theed buildings I printed this past month. If anyone has any feedback on anything to change or improve I'd love to hear it. My plan is to add some plants/flowers to them as well.

The copper texture looks great on the roof! Maybe it's just the picture, but it could be a little greener maybe?

The photos I find seem to have it more green in some and more blue/teal in others. With the Theed map pictures in Battlefront 2 pushing the more teal/blue colors. I may play with the color some more.
If anyone is interested the system I used was painting the roof solid black, then an med to light coat of "antique bronze" so that you could still see some of the black coming through in some places. I then just sponged on the teal/green oxide color with a leftover piece of foam. All the paint for the roof was just cheap craft paint .
