3 Card Questions

By player2090081, in The Lord of the Rings: Journeys in Middle-earth

I've played 20 adventures with various heroes so understand most of the game, however there are a few things I'm unsure of:

1. On some Armor, like Travel Garb, it states Before you suffer facedown Damage you may prevent 1 of that Damage. I know that would not apply to when you first draw a Damage face up, yet what if the card states Flip this card facedown? Could the Armor prevent that card from being placed facedown (the way I've played it), or does the Armor only apply in App actions or Fear card like Each hero suffers 1 facedown Damage (or vice versa with Fear)?

2. On the card Master Tactician - At the start of your turn, each hero may discard 1 prepared skill. Each hero who does scouts 3. I presume any hero can perform that action not just heroes who are nearby Aragorn. Plus if two heroes have Master Tactician prepared then each hero could perform it twice effectively scouting 6!? In both cases it seems very powerful to scout 3 every turn.

3. In Continuing Campaign - Equip Trinkets states Each hero may equip one trinket from the inventory, which includes all trinkets that the party has gained during the campaign. So does that mean once a hero selects a trinket then the number of tokens on the trinket card are replenished up to the cards depletion number (the way I've played it), or however many tokens remained from previous adventure? Can trinket cards ever be lost or taken from a hero during a campaign?

1. It only works when you get facedown damage, so it does not count flipping cards and so on.

2. Yes it affect each hero. So a food card indeed!

3. Thinkets Are replenished between scenarios. Have not see so far ”stole” equipment events, but ofcourse those Are possible in future campaigs! A good idea!

I haven't really come across any forced depletions of trinkets either. When they do show up it is more of an inconvenience than damaging.

I wouldn't be a fan of getting trinkets stolen. It's hard enough to get any or any that are useful as it is. I've risked too many search actions only to receive a pat on the back and an inspiration to lose a trinket.

2. You can scout 3, two times, not scout 6.

There's a damage card that depletes a trinket.

Oops, double post!
