Does Shinjo Trailblazer ability activate when I declare a conflict? Because the card's effect says:

"Reaction: After an opponent's province is revealed during a conflict [...]"

If I declare a conflict, one province is revealed, but does it count as "during a conflict"? Or the province card is revealed before the starting of the conflict?

Once you declare a conflict (choose conflict type, ring, ready characters) in 3.2 everything is "during a conflict" until 3.3
