So I played this list last night I made it as a more serious attempt at making the Victory work spsificly with the Dominator title. It worked surprisingly well.

The Interdictor is the tanky flagship that supports dominator. Grav Well Projecters effectively protects one of my flanks and shrinks the play area a bit making it easier for the VSD to catch things.
The Arquitens protectes/adds firepower to the flank that is most vulnerable witch I think will always be the side without the Grav Well.
Dominator got way more work done for me then I thought it would I added at least 8 total dice over the course of the game. DTT helps with the long range attacks and just in gerneral damage output. The main idea was to double arch something drop racks out the side along with dominator for 7 dice the dominator out the front for 8 dice not to shabby for a ship that costs under 100 points, and it did get some work done.
The Gozantis are there for the activations and to support the squadron game. Slicer tools keeps carries in check, and Jamming field keeps the ties alive longer then you would think. Would love more squadron support but not sure what I am willing to drop.
I have thought about taking planetary Ion Cannons, and minefield to just make deployment even more awkward with the Grav Well, but hyperspace already kinda does that and gets the VSD in a great spot.
I was very happy with how the list performed and wanted to share it. I plan on running it a few more times, but any thoughts and ideas on how to make it better are welcome.
