Noticed Anima while i was browsing ffg. I've only really played Dark heresy and Rogue trader before, but when i saw anima, i just thought, wow this looks good. ls it playable by people who haven't been pen and paper rpging for long?
Playable for people who haven't played many paper and pen rpgs?

I'd say it is playable for people how have not had much experience with paper RPGs. If you take the time to read through the book it really isn't too difficult to grasp. The system is a little similar to Dark Heresy in that you use percentile dice to play, but different in that you need to roll above the check modifier and not under it. But once again if you invest the time in learning Anima, it is a very good game to play.
Anima is like Photoshop.
At first all you do is figure out where everything is, and what it does.
Then it all clicks, and then there is no limit to what you can do.
brilliant. thanks guys. That's what i needed to know.
