Does Advanced sensors shut down full throttle on tie Defender and N-1s? Not sure how the rules work, Advanced sensors says you can't, but full throttle comes later after activation and say you can?
Does Advanced sensors shut down full throttle?
Yes. FT is still during activation, so it is blocked by AS.
Yeah, Advanced Sensors is not a good upgrade to put on a Defender, N-1, A-wing, or any ship that allows bonus/linked actions unless you think you'll be in situations where you Really need to have an action before you move, and are willing to give up all other actions.
It won't, however, stop Coordinated actions (or Ahsoka like abilities), as its outside of that ships activation.
Thanks for the answers. Still going to try a swarm of adv sensors N-1s, but not as good as I hoped now.

On TIE Defenders, Advanced Sensors doesn't let you token stack, but it's a toolbox upgrade that really opens up your options. Pre-maneuver repositions can easily be more valuable than an evade token if you're dodging arcs you otherwise wouldn't have dodged; it's also really valuable for those turns when you would be blocked (which would deny the free evade anyway). I imagine on N-1s it'll be a similar deal: useful for getting in your action before a Tallon roll, or going over an obstacle, or for a pre-maneuver reposition to avoid/set up blocks. But if AS remains a 10+ point upgrade, and you can fit four N-1s with Advanced Sensors in a list, then you could also drop just all those Advanced Sensors for a fifth N-1...

True, its seldomly about the most efficient lists for me though, mostly looking for fun stuff to fly, so ill try it out.
