I want to buy this model but I saw a box on Ebay without the logo on the box : (contains also 2 nd edition). Should I buy it if I only want to play second edition? Is thre two versions of this box? one with only X-Wing 1.0 and one with X-Wing 1.0 and 2.0.

Saw's Renegades was published with components for both editions in the same box. There were some differences in some of the 2.0 upgrades that were different from when the Second Edition finally launched. I can't remember what they were though...

As far as I know, ALL of Saw's Renegades expansion packs contain Second Edition content. What isn't clear is whether the packaging itself has changed since it's initial release, including corrections to the upgrades that were in error.

All in all, if you're planning to play 2.0 you should be safe. If you're planning to play 1st edition, I don't think you'll have a problem either.

This is correct. You should note though that there are typos on Tactical Officer and Advanced Sensors, and a few details look different (some icons on Proton Torpedoes and the colors of the Rebel Dials). Other than that, everything is correct and 2nd edition components are always included.

They probably used an early image of the box art from FFG. The Wave 14 announcement images didn't yet have the notice about 2.0 compatibility because 2.0 wasn't announced yet, IIRC.
