I know that there are many sites that can track my decks and tell me the cards in each deck, but is there any site that will compile a list of all the cards I own across all of my decks so that I can see which cards I don't have yet?
As an example, each card in the set is numbered, so I am looking for something that would generate a list saying that I am missing cards 6, 25, 87, etc.
Does anything like this exist? If so, could you tell me where to find it, please? Thanks!

Lists every card in set, but you'd have to see what all you have to compare.

Best of luck, I have not seen anything like that out there. If you find it I would be interested to see it.
I do know in the keyforge app if you type a card name in and hit search it will show you the decks you have with that card.
You could type in the cards you're curious about and see if anything results. If you have enough decks, you probably only need to worry about the rares & special cards.
The ToyWiz KeyForge Collection Manager does exactly this. After you add all your decks to your account, the "Cards" tab provides you with the information you are seeking—how many of each card you have, which decks they are in, where your mavericks are, etc. You can sort and view your cards and decks using all sorts parameters.
Only 20 mins to get them all in, works like a charm thanks! 62 decks and there are still a dozen or more cards I have yet to possess.

Which ones are you missing?
Quite a few actually, more than I'd expect. At least 2 or 3 from each house. I'd have to put together a list to be exact. For instance, from Shadows I'm missing Masterplan, Evasion Sigil, Longfused mines, Bulleteye and Faygin. That is the most of any house. My best is Untamed and I'm only missing Bear Flute and Fertility Chant.
