Alphabet Squadron: SHADOW FALL

By Imperial Advisor Arem Heshvaun, in X-Wing

I was really not expecting anything good but I was pleasantly surprised. As Skywatcher said, the characters have a lot of baggage and it makes the book more interesting. I also really liked the Imperial point of view we're getting from Yrica, as it gives a better understanding of the conflict.

And as an X-Wing player, it's pretty cool to hear them talk about the ships and fly them!

I'm excited for the second book!

hope its better than the first book... It dragged on and on and on..it was also like reading 3 books at once!!!

Also as a former USAF aircraft mechanic the logistics of maintaining a squadron of completely mixed ships would be untenable! its hard enough maintaining a bunch of homogeneous stuff.

First thank you for your service.

And I fully agree with your assessment , though here the Rebellion was forced to make do with what they had on hand, also Star Wars never was hard sci - fi, and IS Space Opera, and that’s why they get away with it in this instance.
