So, I'm building some decks for the first time. What's a good ratio of characters to everything else?
Other first-time deck building tips also welcome!

I've often read mention of a 3/5 ratio for characters. So in a 50-card deck, 30 characters.
Well, just look for a precedent post, we already discuss that !
In a way to makes it short, the best ratio to include characters is in a fork between 25 and 30.
The most you play attachment and supports, the less you include characters. But beware of being short of people you will commit to stories!
The 30 ratio is the best if your deck do need to face heavier decks+strategy based on wounds and unopposition. It will also depends if you're playing Rush (with low-cost characters) or HeavyGames (high costs). You'd rather include 27 characters in rush decks, in a way to benefit slots to include some low costs cards or events ...
In case you speack french, we do propose something on the character's curve in the Herald, our newspaper !
